Hey everybody! I've seen that a lot of people have been wanting to find out how to wear sweater skirts.:) So, I thought I would give you a step-by-step guide.
HOW TO WEAR PATTERNED SKIRTS
1.) Choose your skirt.
2.) Find a color in your skirt that you would use for your shirt. If you don't own a shirt in that color, try a different color, or buy a shirt in that color. (If you want some help, let me know! I'll do some shopping for u!;)
3.) Tuck your shirt into your skirt. Slip on tights or leggings in a corresponding color. You can choose another color from the skirt, use the same color you used for your shirt, or use a neutral color.
4.) Wear boots/booties with the outfit. Add a great purse in either a corresponding or contrasting color for some fun!
5.) Add some fun accessories- a cardigan, a blazer, jewelry, a belt, a scarf, or maybe fingerless gloves!
6.) If your skirt is a solid color, just choose a top that is patterned and corresponds or contrasts with the skirt. Or, you could do a solid top and then use a patterned blazer or cardigan. Or you can colorblock your look.:)
